Homespun Series Returns to Plaza Theatre 2/13


The next installment in the Homespun Series is fast approaching! Since they began in November 2013, Homespun has showcased solely Atlantan-based short films that focus on the real, colorful characters in our city.

For 2015’s Winter Screening, Creator Brantly Watts and Executive Producer Jon Watts, Atlanta Film Festival Filmmakers in Residence, have chosen three documentary shorts that comply with a universally resonant theme: music.

Around town for the 2013 Rome International Film Festival

The 10th annual Rome International Film Festival wrapped last weekend, marking a decade of globally-minded, globally-sourced independent features and shorts. Rome is a delightful city—Broad Street's residents and businesses welcoming RIFF's attendees with open arms every year. A few reviews from this year have already been posted, but we have more to write about the festival in the days to come. In the meantime, check out dozens of pictures from around town after the jump!
